Shipping Within South Africa Only
We currently deliver exclusively within South Africa. No international shipping is available.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times depend on your location.
• 1–3 business days for main cities and common delivery areas
• 2–4 business days for outskirt or remote areas
These delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, public holidays, or unexpected logistics issues.
Courier Partner
All orders are shipped using Aramex. Your parcel is tracked throughout the entire delivery process for safety and transparency.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed as soon as payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are shown at checkout before payment is made. Fees may vary based on your delivery location.
Delivery Notifications
Once your order is shipped:
• You will receive a tracking link or waybill number
• You may receive SMS or email updates from the courier
• Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the parcel
Incorrect Address Information
Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order.
If a parcel is delayed or returned due to an incorrect address:
• Additional courier fees may apply
• Delivery times may be extended
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. Reshipping will require an additional courier fee.
Damage During Transit
If your parcel arrives damaged:
• Contact us within 48 hours
• Include clear photos or videos of the damage
• We will assist with a replacement according to our Returns & Refunds Policy
